  It was a sad day when I went to take a shower and had no hot water. After tinkering around and asking a friend to look. We realized we needed a hot water heater. To much to type but T.O Plumbing made us an appt for the next day after I called. The issue was assessed. Within 4 days we had a new hot water heater installed. Unfortunately the next (saturday) we still had no hot water. I accepted the fact that I would have to wait until Tuesday to even speak to someone because it was labor day weekend. I called and left a voice mail on Sunday. To my surprise I was contacted on the holiday to comfirm I was home. I was so appreciative of the special attention. It was determined it was an electrical issue that kept the water from heating. They called the electrician and stayed until the electrician arrived and found the isssue. Thank you T.O.   I called TO plumbing because my kitchen drain was clogged and he arrived and did the repairs in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable about what was wrong, even gave me some advice on how to fix the problem in the future, gonna call him back to put a grade on the drain line, would recommend TO plumbing to everyone, l give them 5 stars

  They were very quick and provided the exact water heater I requested. Richard was very professional and cared, had concerns of a previous incorrectly installed/wrong vent for the CO gas (it could have been deadly), which I would have never known about had I done it myself. Will use this company again for any future projects and please, if it's a gas heater, use a professional like these guys.
